What is a healthy lifestyle? Is it about dieting? Organic food? Fitness? It may not mean what you think it does…
Picture this: You’ve just finished a morning power walk, you took a refreshing shower, and now you’re sitting in your favorite chair with a glass of something incredibly healthy (perhaps even unimaginably green and tasteless), reflecting on how you’ve finally stepped into the light, abandoning all your bad habits in one swift move. Oh, the inner reverence and joy! The hopes for longevity and a prosperous future! But here’s the question: Is this really what a healthy lifestyle is all about?
Let me sprinkle a drop of harsh truth into your bliss. A healthy lifestyle isn’t just a handful of chia seeds topped with spirulina. It’s not a strict workout routine that leaves you feeling like a squeezed lemon. And it’s certainly not suffering from the absence of sugar in your coffee. No, my dear friends, a healthy lifestyle is something far more subtle and multifaceted.
For starters, a healthy lifestyle begins not in the gym but in your mind. It’s about how you perceive the world and how consciously you evolve mentally and spiritually. You can spend your entire day consuming green juices and nuts and walking 10,000 steps, but if inside, you’re filled with constant stress, resentment, or guilt over every crumb of chocolate you eat, what kind of health are we talking about?
Proper health begins with harmony—not the kind of faux harmony sold under the guise of yoga on the beaches of Bali, but the kind that comes when you accept yourself and your life. When you realize that a piece of chocolate at 11 PM isn’t the end of the world but rather a joy for the soul, and skipping a workout isn’t a crime but a rest for the body.
A healthy lifestyle is about balance. It’s not just about eating right and exercising but also taking care of your mental health. It’s about allowing yourself to take life a little easier and creatively solve challenges in every aspect of your life.
I delve deeper into this topic in my podcast here. If you prefer absorbing information by ear rather than reading, feel free to skip to the video.
And now, enter Her Majesty, Esotericism. Health isn’t just a certain lifestyle but also energy, and with energy, you can work if you know its laws. How do you fill your body and mind? What thoughts do you hold in your head? What emotions do you experience? If you can’t stand people, if your job irritates you, if you eat broccoli but hate the dietary restrictions, your vibrations will certainly not rise. Low vibrations are a fast track to self-destruction.
Like invisible threads, vibrations connect us to the world around us, influencing every aspect of life—from physical health to emotional well-being and spiritual growth. Everything we eat, think, feel, and even say carries a specific vibrational charge, which either elevates us to a higher level of consciousness or drags us down into the abyss of disharmony.
When we dwell in low vibrations, it’s as if we’re tuning our being to a frequency of destruction. This leads to physical ailments and clouds our consciousness, preventing us from seeing the brighter side of life. Negative emotions such as fear, anger, and resentment become constant companions, distorting the harmonious reality we’re meant to experience.
Imagine your energetic field as a pure, sparkling crystal. When you vibrate at a high frequency, this crystal shines brightly, attracting all the best that the universe has to offer. But when you allow low vibrations into your life, this light dims. Each negative experience, each word spoken in irritation or sadness, dulls your inner light, turning the crystal into a murky, heavy stone.
The problem with low vibrations is that they have a cunning ability to attract more of the same. This is another law of energy. One negative action or thought can trigger a chain reaction, leading to more and more situations that drag you further down the spiral of self-destruction. It’s like driving on an icy road: one wrong turn, and you risk losing control and sliding into the abyss.
But how can we avoid this path? First and foremost, it’s crucial to recognize the power of vibrations and learn to manage them. Whenever you encounter difficulties or negativity, try to change your internal frequency. This can be through yoga, practicing gratitude, meditation, connecting with nature, or simply mindful breathing.
It’s important to understand that low vibrations are not your enemy but a signal. This signals that you need to pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, and actions and reflect on where harmony and healing are needed.
Remember, your vibrational state is your choice alone. External circumstances do not determine it but how you respond to them. By choosing high vibrations, you create a field of light around you that protects you from negative influences and attracts everything you need for your spiritual and physical prosperity.
The ugly truth about a healthy lifestyle is that it begins with wise self-love. Yes, that seemingly banal word we often overlook. Wise self-love isn’t just about caring for your body or fulfilling your desires but about profoundly understanding and respecting your true nature, even in moments of weakness or doubt.
Wise self-love is the ability to set boundaries and say “no” when it’s necessary to preserve your energy, health, and peace of mind. It’s the skill of choosing what truly nourishes your soul, even if it requires you to break away from the familiar and go against the expectations of others.
Wise self-love is a constant inner dialogue where you approach yourself with compassion and patience, like a close friend. It’s the ability to listen to your true needs and strive to fulfill them, knowing that self-care is not selfishness but a path to harmony and spiritual growth.
When you love yourself, you automatically choose what truly benefits your body and soul. And then, perhaps, you’ll even find that the green substance in your glass isn’t so harmful after all.
A healthy lifestyle is a journey to yourself, to your true nature, where physical and mental health go hand in hand, and a sense of humor becomes the best medicine. Trust someone who has healed themselves from diabetes, completely restored sensation in their feet, lost 125 pounds, and fully regained their health.
A few years ago, I was standing in front of a wheelchair, feeling unbearably weak, teetering on the edge of an abyss. Now, I am full of energy, running three businesses, writing books, music, and esoteric paintings, and enjoying life like never before. I’m 51 now, and I look much younger than my age because my posture has improved, my figure has become more refined, the circles under my eyes have disappeared, and the age spots on my face have faded. Even my gray hair had almost vanished, though I didn’t even know that was possible. I meditate a lot and have added many activities to my daily life. My book will be released soon, where I share many of my secrets about mental health, healthy eating, stress management, achieving financial well-being, and developing creative and other extraordinary abilities. I’ll add a link to the book here as soon as it’s available.
So, I’ll leave you to ponder what a healthy lifestyle truly means. This is indeed an important milestone for you. The most important thing is not how many times you’ve gone to the gym but how many times you’ve said a kind word, forgiven a grudge, done something helpful, and genuinely smiled. So, a healthy lifestyle is not just about what you put on your plate but also about what you carry in your heart and mind. High vibrations lead to harmony, joy, health, rejuvenation, and stunning inner light, while low vibrations lead to self-destruction. The choice is always yours.
